The Metropolitan has many special conveniences designed with every resident in mind and the concierge service is there to see just that!

Valet parking is available for easy access to the building. A nationally recognized restaurant is on the first floor as well as entertainment venues, a mail and package receiving area, private storage facility, and events center with a a bar and catering kitchen, and a business center.

The Met has a spectacular spacious lobby with dramatic floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the bay. A private residents' lounge and game room has a bar area with oversized plasma television and card room. The tropically landscaped recreational deck is temperature-controlled with pool and whirlpool.

One can relax in the meditation garden or relax poolside on a chaise lounge which offers towel service. Other options are the fitness center (with children's play area), yoga and aerobics studio and sauna and showers in the locker rooms. All of the units have custom designed and spacious floor plans with choices of studios, 1 -2 and 3 bedroom units, sky lofts and penthouse residences all with private terraces.

Kitchens are provides with modern stainless steel appliances (refrigerator/freezer), microwave oven and hood and a separate cook top. Custom wood flooring lays the ground in the kitchens and customized tile floors in the lofts. European wood cabinetry and granite countertops grace the kitchen leaving an elegant finish.
