After years of fights and false hopes, the southern tip of Miami Beach will finally be the destination of two final towers; Apogee South Beach, the brainchild of Jorge Perez and the Related Group of Florida (known for buildings such as Trump Towers I and II, Ocean I, II, and III, and Murano Grande. The construction of the two buildings ends years of debates about how the Miami Beach neighborhood should be developed.

The 22-story buildings, ranging from $2.5 million to $9 million, will have 68 units ranging from 3,100 to 6,900 square feet along with 10 feet ceilings and two floor plans to choose from.
